Project Applications

DeadlinesWe determine the times for project applications on the basis of received applications, approved funding, and the annual budget.

At this time we are not accepting applications.

Applications are neither processed nor approved / rejected.

Applications can be submitted again from February 2025.

Support criteria
- Consistency with one of our chosen UN Sustainable Development Goals
SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 15

- Projects / activities that exist over a longer period of time

- Smaller organisations registered in Switzerland

- Private individuals with projects in Switzerland

- Private individuals with projects abroad: only if we know them personally

- Maximum one application per year and institution / private individual

We do not support
Before submitting your application, please check whether it meets our Support criteria. No funding for:

- Large- / medium-sized organisations

- Start-ups / New businesses

- Research / Development

- Culture / Art / Music

- Publications / Books / Films

- Events / Lectures / Campaigns

- Trips / Travel / Tourism

- Debt management / Emergency aid

- Crowdfundings

Funding decisions
Decisions are made on the basis of the Foundation's support criteria and strategic goals. We are a small foundation and the demand for support is usually greater than our annual budget. Consequently, not all projects can be considered, despite meeting the support criteria. Funding decisions are communicated in writing. There is no further correspondence in case of negative decisions.
